Re-engaging global B2B audiences through experience design and hospitality.

The Challenge

After two years away from Barcelona, Ookla needed to re-engage and connect with their global audience at Mobile World Congress to drive leads and sales.

Solution

Understanding the need to engage with both new and existing customers, we created an eye-catching double-decker stand with strategic messaging across digital signage, that enticed passersby in with dynamic content. Leveraging behavioural science concepts such as choice architecture and nudge theory, we designed a customer journey that influenced the decision making and likeliness of purchase across a number of touchpoints. The space doubled as an evening hospitality space and even hosted an awards ceremony for key Ookla clients. We wrapped up the event with a celebratory dinner for all 60 of the Ookla team in Barcelona.
